Wild rabbits have darker poop because they eat grass rather than hay.
We encourage pet buns to eat hay because it is good for their teeth and digestive systems, and 'golden' poops show that a bun is heating lots of hay. If a rabbit has access to grass, which is just undried hay, the poops will be darker
No, that's fine, so long as the poops are a good big size (small hard ones are the ones to worry about). You'll find in winter when there's less fresh grass and they eat more hay that the poops will get lighter in colour.
