Constructive advise may achieve a positive response, however negative advise or an attack will only make the person who is looking for hutches more angry with people and more likely to breed more. This would be counter productive.

As someone involved with rescue I do not agree with breeding, however there are ways and means of educating people.

I think they may be 2 very young girls who are unaware of the piggy over popluation problem. They may think twice if they receive a sensitive informative message.
