Mama Doe
After watching my buns having fun running about in the snow earlier this week, I took some photos of their footprints, and thought it interesting how their back feet overtake the front feet, which can be seen in the footprints...
In case you can't read the lettering I added to the pic, they run like this-
first- left front paw forward
then- right front paw forward
then- two back feet catch up and overtake front feet!
(I guess these must have taken off for the next step,or they would get in the way, but if you look at 'sitting up' buns, their front feet are between the back ones.)
Perhaps I don't really have buns, just small kangaroos!
