Lady Elf
New Kit
I have 2 mini lops both 6 months old and they are sisters. Jessica and Alice.
When I first got them Jessica did decide to try humping Alice but I was informed that this was dominant behaviour as they they were in a new home. It only happened the once (that I am aware of)
In the past 48 hours Jessica is permanently chasing Alice around trying to hump her. There hutch is a mess from where poor Alice is trying to escape. If she runs outside the hutch (they have a play pen attached to the hutch) Jessica just follows her and the chase continues.
Today before I left for work I separated them. I couldn't bear the thought of coming home to an injured bunny.
As soon as I allowed them back together Jessica decides to continue the chase. [emoji45]
I have doubled checked that Jessica is definitely a girl as that was my first worry. As much as I love them, I really don't want a fluffal of mini lops.
What can I do???? There aren't any visible signs of Alice being hurt but I really don't want to wait for that to happen.
I don't want to separate them as I got 2 rabbits so they always had company.
Please help me!!!! I have no one else to ask [emoji120]
Thank you in advance Emilie xx
