There are some very good illustrations/ideas on the indoor housing sticky.

I'm using a 6x5ft utility room with a spare welfare run panel as the door when not free ranging. Happy to show a pic but it's not made up of a pen etc as it were

I like the idea of either a dog crate with puppy panel pen or a pen. I have loads of heavy duty puppy panels already for free range time in the garden so could use them.
Have managed to find a heavy duty xl crate to use as a base.
I also like the idea of a boyles bespoke pen too....
