What do I need to connect puppy pen to shed wall???

I will be seperating my shed in half with a puppy pen, but not sure how to connect it to the walls though x

Small blocks of wood with connecting pieces to screw/nail it in.

I've used the heath robinson method of screw in 'eyes' and then wire to twist through the eye and around the puppy pen.
