The outside, the people who lived here must have had a vegetable patch, which now gets over grown with weeds. Im thinking of getting pavement slabs and covering it over

Inside

Gaps at the top

I still need some room in the shed for my bits x

Looks lovely and big! What I think I'd do in your situation, since you still need space for your stuff, is use run panels/aviary panels to section off an area for the buns. It only needs to be 6 x 2 if you can't fit any more in, but obviously larger is better. You can also use puppy panels for this, although I think you'd probably need to make sure anything you don't want chewed is high up out the way just in case a bunny jumps over! The easiest way to do it would be to buy a pre-made wooden run of an appropriate size, then assemble that inside. Something like this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Large-Rab...et_Supplies_Small_Animals&hash=item4174a0a164 for inside, and then http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/8ft-x-6ft...011?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item4ac57257b3 for outside would be amazing. Then just snip a hole in both mesh pieces and attach a cat flap or runaround door to seal off the mesh and make it nice and safe. You can get smaller runs too if you can't fit a full 4 foot in. You could ask the seller of this to make it higher: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/6-X-2-Box-Run-Rabbit-Guinea-Pigs-/110516103315?hash=item19bb45e893.

Then I think I'd do what you suggested and put slabs down outside and then attach an 8 x 4 run to give them a really large, completely fox proof setup.

If you want to give them access to grass you can either put a runaround tube to another run, or grow some in large trays and pop them in the run for them!

Thank you, the shed is huge. I think the previous owner was some sort of carpenter as its got many homemade cupboards and it did have electrics down there (although the council soon ripped that out before I moved in). The top of the shed is tiled and Ive not had any leakage probs. Would I need to seal off the small gaps or would bunnys be ok as they are?? They are bout 8ft high. Im going to keep Benji inside after depluming until we find him a wife, that way it is brand new for both of them :)

Where can I get a decent bunny shelter to go inside for tem to sleep in on cold evenings??

Awesome! I gave up trying to offer shelters in my pairs shed  they never went in them, only to dig everything in there out! They have a table now with a carpet square on top, blanket covering the top and sides and a blanket on the floor underneath.

They have a cute wooden bunny house, you can get it off amazon, £30 for the large one I think. The trixie run shelter :)

How small are the gaps? To be honest, if you provide a snug shelter I think they'll be okay. You can definitely fill them if you want though, and I probably would. Bunnies cope very well with the cold, and the shed will provide a lot of extra warmth/protection from wind.

Sounds good to keep him inside, should definitely be easier to introduce them to the shed then!

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DOG-KENNE...G-ROOF-/230804014548?var=&hash=item35bcfdc5d4 these type of things look lovely and snug, but might be too tall if you're going to go for a run inside.

A lot of people get second hand hutches off eBay/preloved, then strip them down and properly disinfect/vinegar it, then paint it a nice colour. Really cheap, gives the hutch a second wind, and also removes a hutch that might be too small from the market. There should be loads of used hutches knocking around. Alternatively, something like these would work: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/RABBIT-CA...et_Supplies_Small_Animals&hash=item2c6c0708f8, http://www.amazon.co.uk/Trixie-Natu...1372694590&sr=8-1&keywords=trixie+run+shelter, http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-RABBI...977&pid=100011&prg=1005&rk=2&sd=121134896503& Depends what size you want really!
