Our beautiful Cagney was helped to the bridge this afternoon, she came in to us 2 years ago aged between 6-7 years, she had mammory tumours and wasn't speyed, sadly she was in no fit state to undergo a GA and couldn't be speyed, we kept her as comfortable as possible, our vet who saw her last Saturday advised us not to leave it too long and so we kept her at home and spoiled her rotten, during this week her breathing gradually got worse and this morning we decided it was time for her,
The vet rang with her pm results which showed that she had uterine cancer, liver cancer and the tumours in lungs were the worst our vet had ever seen, the mammory tumours were full of cancer too
Our gorgeous girl is gone and we will miss her so much, she lived in the lounge with us after bonding herself with Frodo and Buggles, she has gone to join them both at the bridge xxxx
