Well Basil seems to have settled in - this morning he still couldn't work out how to get out of the hutch it's only about 6 inches off the floor, so he has got a step now, courtesy of my hubby:lol:
I know the hutch and run are not huge - but please remember he has lived in a 4 x 2 hutch for a year, and he is also in quarantine, his eye is much better today, so hopefully in a couple of weeks he will be able to go in one of the bigger runs, and then the shed.
Herbie is still very nervous and I am leaving him to settle in, he is eating, drinking and outputting, he spends most of his time in a box I have put in the cage. Any guinea pig advice would be most welcome
