whhhhhaaaa? Bobbin and Roo? in ma house?!

WOW i'm very impressed, thumbs up!!!! That is amazing, how did you do the colour blends?? I'm blown away!

i was sat with orange, yellow and black, pictures of Bobbin and Roo flickr and mixed the 3 colours i used seperately before laying them together and kind of hoping for the best! if it wasn't so hot today, i could have done a better job. i think i got Bobbin's dark patch round his mouth just about right though!

weeee, i did1 i was trying to make Carlton but had to add so much black to the fondant that it turned to gloop! so i thought i'd have a go at another bun..... but i couldn't do Bobbin without Roo!

the weather was too hot for it though, it was all going tacky so quickly!

have you tried this

http://www.squires-shop.com/ibf/index.php?p=product&id=975&parent=92

or this

http://www.squires-shop.com/ibf/index.php?p=product&id=739&parent=92

They are both quite concentrate....much better than you get in most supermakets.

I can't see you bunnys on my work internet connection but looking forward to seeing them when I get home.

no probs.....I used to work in a cake shop (as in we sold the stuff to make cakes) so if you need any advice I can do my best.

Hmm, Laura, you should make cake versions of March Hare's Duchies...then you could use white icing strip for all of them! (plus one other colour only; no tricky blends) ;)
