So glad it seems to be going ok. I hear that awful rabbit scream in the distance sometimes, when the fox is out at work in the fields - I don't know what I'd do if I heard it here in the garden - well done for realising you needed to check.

Personally I wouldn't risk a re-bond, even though as someone says it could well have been a wrong-end hormonal mount gone badly wrong, rather than intentional wounding (correct me if I'm wrong, but I think rabbits are pre-programmed to bite off 'twigs' etc that impede their progress as they move forward - sorry if that's a bit graphic in this situation). If this is really what happened, then maybe once both are neutered and if their personalities seemed right you could maybe try it, but could you stand the stress of trying?
