Thank you guys. We didnt put her collar on last night but her wound has stayed closed and is crusting over nicely. It was a straight line cut under her chin so quite easily to knit back together.
Have had her on her own in my room all night and have never seen her eat so much! She has had about 3 times her body size of hay overnight all to herself.
She seems really happy and is bouncing about everywhere so its not bothering her. Got her on Septrin for a week and Metacam for a few days.
Gonna put Strawbs back with her in a minute as the vets are open till 12 so dont want to wait much longer.
