Wise Old Thumper
we have a bun in who was found roaming in cold wet weather ..
as a result he has a snotty nose ...
doesnt appear to be affecting his breathing ..his chest is clear ...the vet is confident we caught the problem early .
teeth all fine
but
he has had a couple of weeks on baytril...which did help at first but then we were at a standstill ...
so we are now using septrin ..but no improvement so far .
the snot is white and sometimes realy stringy...not caked up and not always obvious .
i feel the cold weather is making things worse .
Any ideas ???
would bringing him inside greatly improve his chances of recovery...but he would eventualy have to go back out so im reluctant to bring him in :?
