I can hardly believe it's been a year since we had to let our beloved Bobby go to the bridge. We love and miss him so much, we talk about him every day and I often still cry about him. He had such a fantastic personality and he was really beautiful. He went from avoiding all contact to loving his strokes and nudged you to carry on if he hadn't had enough. He even came upstairs one morning and stood on my chest looking into my face until I opened my eyes as if to say 'where's my breakfast mummy?'
We have bought a small lantern for tea lights and lit it in the kitchen window, it shines on your resting place and we know you can see it from the Bridge, where you were reunited with your playmate Scooby piggie, who loved you and followed you everywhere.
Sleep tight darling and we will see you again one day.
