insulating sheds?

:wave: Theres loads of ways to do it...
A few ive come across on this forum are polystyrene , 'space blanket' insulation, thermal foil and also theres an 'egg box type' insulation.
Usually boarded with hardboard or plywood.
Thanks to two fantastic people ''Tracy'' & ''DDD'' on here who posted pics of their sheds and who so kindly replied to my PM with details and prices , im planning to use the thermal foil and board it with hardboard
