OK -here's where it gets embarrassing. Not only do I have a piece of hair from each of my Bridge Buns, I've also got three 'poops' from Bunge, my first ever bunny. I was so totally devastated when I lost her that I couldn't bring myself to throw them out.
Also, if you move the dog's sofa () away from the wall in the conservatory, there is a huge line of white fur where Wispa used to love to run from one end to the other. I've never been brave enough to hoover it off
I thought I was the only person who had a bunny called Bunge! He was the bunny I had as a kid.
I think that is lovely, and it has actually made me quite tearful. Thank you for posting this because now I know what I shall want to do if I lose one of my buns. Rosie will always be with you.
Helen, do you still have Rocky? I've still got Pinky (Mrs Pinkerton, to use her full name! :lol in my front room - haven't been able to bear to part with Dusty's toy bunny, even after a year.
Thanks for that, that's a lovely idea.Ben's mum said:If you google "Pennydog jewellery", it's a nice young lady who makes resin jewellery and she casts fur into pendants etc on request - a friend of mine had two made with locks of two of her relative's elderly dogs as gifts, to remember them in the future when they pass on.
That really made me smile, especially the 'poops' bit!Mackers said:OK -here's where it gets embarrassing.
