Help with reporting possible myxomatosis

Hello all.

Whilst my boyfriend was cycling in Nottingham this evening he spotted a poor rabbit with what he thought could be myxomatosis. My mum said it spreads really quickly and that it may need reporting but have no idea who to report this to. I would be grateful for any advice or assistance anyone could provide.
