Hi everyone,
My rabbit was fine this morning, running round and eating etc. This afternoon I found him sitting asleep in his litter box which is not him at all (he's an indoor bun and he usually just does his business in his box then hops off). Few hours later he was still there and was cold to touch, not moving, breathing slow, hadn't eaten or drank so I took him straight to the vets (not my usual one because I wouldn't have got there in time). Anyhow this vet didn't seem to know what was wrong - said there was no blockages, so gave him 3 injections, metacam, baytril and maxalon? Anyhow 3 hours later he's still the same and I have to take him back in the morning. Does anyone know what I can do to help get him more comfortable or what this may be? I'll be taking him to my rabbit specialist vet instead first thing, but until then???
