Folks with sheds and runs (or aviarys) Can we compare notes...

We always lock them in their shed / kennel overnight - I have never felt comfortable leaving them with overnight access to the run just mainly because of foxes as I live on the edge of a city and have heard foxes.

They tend to get put away about 10-11pm. Fay and Kenco arent often in their run for some reason but Twinkle and Star love it and are often binkying in their run late at night so I dont worry about them getting cold - they can get back in to their shed if they do get cold so I hope they would do so.

Mine have 24/7 access to their run. I think they are clever enough to go in when its cold. I put a few cardboard boxes stuffed with hay and straw in the run for them to sit in if they wish
