I am so very sorry...it is heartbreaking when they leave us so quickly. ((((((Huge hugs))))))
She was obviously loved very much by you, so please be kind to yourself. Sometimes despite our best intentions there is really nothing we can do different that would change the outcome. With everything else you have been through recently, I know this must so very difficult to process. Give yourself time to grieve when you can.
