Hi everybody!
I'm Leo and I'm new here... so, I'm still trying to find my way around. None of the other forums seemed to fit this topic, so I hope I'm OK to post this here. My apologies if it isn't right here!
I was wondering if anyone had any recent experience of travelling to the EU with their rabbits since Brexit? I've got an opportunity to go home for Christmas (I'm originally from Germany), but would need to take my bunnies (due to it being too short-notice to find boarding), which I have done in the past but that was before Brexit. I'd want to take them with me on a ferry to the Netherlands, so I contacted the authorities there, but they have been kind of vague and unsure about what health documentation they'd need. So, I figured it wouldn't hurt to try asking around to see if anybody had any direct experience and could give me some advice on what they were required to do when they went on a trip like that. Not sure if anybody has, of course... it doesn't seem like too many bunnies are frequent travelers, which I can completely understand. But... I just wanted to ask in case there was a chance for me to find any answers. Honestly, you'd be saving Christmas for me!
Thanks in advance for any thoughts or ideas at all!
Leo
