Hi,
I might be a bit paranoid since Furby passed away. When I took Ellie to the vet immediately after Furby to make sure she was ok, he asked if they had a distended abdomen. Nothing was noted at that point.
Fast forward 1 month and Ellie seems to have a larger abdomen than before although I admit she has just really accepted me holding and touching her.
It is quite soft and doesnt seem to be causing her any pain when I push on it.
She is peeing and pooping and has not lost her appetite at all.
Her behaviour is slightly off as she doesnt seem as happy as she was when I stroke her but she still does accept it. This may be due to the fact that I cut her nails by myself for the first time 2 days ago and she did not like that.
Should I be worried about her abdomen? I cant get to the vet in the next couple of days due to work and she doesnt seem off but I now worry even more.
Thanks
