Personally I'd treat for EC straightaway - weight loss is a major symptom, and although it may be diet-related it may well not. Also, without wanting to alarm you, in the second pic her head looks very slightly tilted. That may be my imagination or just how she was sitting at that moment, but when you've got an underweight rabbit from insanitary conditions and possible head tilt I'd check with vet and go straight for treatment if at all possible, IMO, no disrespect to those with different views.
She's very lucky you found her. :wave:
She is back to the vets on Wednesday so I will ask then if they think she would cope with the Panacur. Just worried about overloading her system.
