Meet Buttercup:
Buttercup is an extremely sociable brown & white dutch cross doe in desperate need of a forever home. She has had a hard start in life - coming from a very neglectful situation. Several of her brothers and sisters have already died from the neglect.
But Buttercup is a very special girl. She desperately wants to be loved, and will run forward anytime someone passes by her for a stroke or just to say hello. She is very easy to handle and loves attention and lots and lots of fuss! She is looking for a very special owner as she is a bit weak in her back legs. She is getting stronger every day but her owner will need to be aware of this. Her only problem is that she wee's a bit to the side because of her weak leg, so she has to be checked for urine scald on a regular basis. So far there hasn't been much of a problem but her new owner will need to be aware of this. She is brilliantly litter trained and has never wee'd or pooped outside of her litter tray.
She is currently living inside the house as a foster bun. We would like her to remain a house bunny, ideally with a very laid-back soppy male for companionship. Buttercup is around 1 year old and is spayed and vaccinated.
Can someone please give this lovely little girl the best Christmas present ever - a forever home?
For further details on Buttercup, please contact her foster mum on: cm329@cam.ac.uk, or Caroline Collings at The Rabbit Residence Rescue on 07904 397 378 or rabbit_residence@hotmail.com.
