I've just been on the phone to them for 42 mins - chatting poop about bunnies:lol:. Lovely guy with v nice Scottish accent. He has an old & wobbly bun too. :love: The reason I was calling was to change card details, old one cancelled as lost purse on bus (it was handed in to bus lost property with all money & cards present :love:)

I very much like having my first insured bunny - except I'm not used to it & was 2 months late with recent claim ..still got it though

Anyhow as I was waiting to be dealt with I was reminded of Agrias new video of pet to vet service. Anyone ever used this? Or would you?
 
As he sounds a nice guy, especially with a wobbly bun :D I've not seen the video will keep my eye out, is that like a transport thing then ?

What I meant to say was:

anybun tried Agria 24/7 vet consult service where you send video of your pet to qualified vet?

Oh I see, no it's just me don't worry, I was getting excited about a free shuttle service :lol::lol:
