i want to try a unspayed female with a bonded couple, will the fact the girl (new) is unspayed matter, obviously i will spay her if it works out but want to know if it would be a problem in a bonding session

You never know, depends on the buns I guess. I have bonded unspayed female pairs many times and all of my current pairs are castrated buck + entire female. I don't know what other people's experience of this is.

no i am talking about introing her to a couple ie....buck and doe and wondered whether they would know she was entire?

The smell of her might upset them. I'd try them near each other but separated by wire so they can't attack her.
