Cleaning rabbit shed

Does anyone have tips for cleaning the inside of a rabbit shed? My buns have been living inside since one of them developed a head tilt a couple of months ago. I'm wanting to move them back outside soon so want to give it a good clean as they haven't been in it for a while.

Also any suggestions of how to protect the floor? Since being ill she's lost the ability (or desire) to use a litter tray so just wees everywhere!

Vinyl on the floor is much more hygienic and easy to clean. I use diluted white vinegar to clean my shed and litter trays.

Lino flooring is your best bet for making it easy to clean going forward. Since she is weeing on the floor, I'd suggest sealing the edges (where it meets the wall) with safe aquarium sealant as well.
