She is SOOOO cute! I'm very jealous I'm going to have to be more vigilant to make sure I don't miss cuties like her again!

I've just started back at MFP now, strange as it is but when I take such a big emotional hit my ability to organise myself well enough to plan good food, cook, track it and organise time for exercise too goes! Had to say something though because I have lots of MFP friends who would have wondered where I'd gone and sent me messages!I'm sorry you lost Poppy
I knew about that, and I knew about the rottie as I was commenting on that thread, but I just stopped looking at the thread before you posted about Xena!!! I was on here only very sporadically in the week or two leading up to my wedding and then the 2 weeks after so I must have missed a lot!Xena is gorgeous

I know what you mean, it's been 7 weeks since I lost poppy and I've put on 10lbs
i was so heartbroken my eating just went out the window and I'm really struggling to get back on track but I know I can do it. You will too :thumb: it just takes time xx

I haven't checked the scale yet
it's only been a week though so hopefully not too much, I'm beginning to get on track now and I know I'll feel better for it! Especially since I'd already gained a few lb after honeymoons I'm glad to have MFP actually, it really helps me keep on track, although I'm glad I took the week off whilst grieving at least. We'll both get on track and both be awesome at losing the few lbs again!
