The area of flattened fur in front looks damp, and I can't see any weep the eye does look wet.
This rabbit hates being picked up so I'm amazed I could get that close. I dknt think it looks right

It is abnormal and indicates the possibility of conditions such as infection, a blocked tear duct, Dental problems
