Happy Hutch hutch & run combo

I know people have bought these from Happy Hutch, my question is, for those of you that did, did the floor panel have a hole for the rabbits to get down into the run, or did you have to cut it yourself?!

Mine was delivered in the week, I woke up this morning very grateful to see the overcast weather and glorious breeze, started to get to work on getting the hutch & run built to discover that the floor panel has no hole :?

I'm a bit perplexed as to why I should have to cut the hole myself when I have specifically ordered the hutch & run combo?!

That's what I thought, I guess they've sent me a standard hutch by mistake...

Right, where's my saw!
