Do they deliberately have lions on the road area and not fenced in?

We went to Windsor safari park when I was a kid and there was an emergency because a tiger had got out on to the pathway - it climbed on our car :shock:

Yup the lions can wander where you drive!!
 
oh blimey ive never known lions to wander either :shock: what if some silly prat got out the car? Well I guess that would be their fault!!

Oh yeah Longleat is great :) It is a big manor estate turned into a safari park. The animals live in huge field enclosures and choose to go where they please. Even if that does mean on top of your car :lol:
There have been stories off people getting out of their cars but luckily there are wardens who patrol the enclosures in vans
 
I went to Knowsley safari park many years ago and a monkey sat on the bonnet of the car and did a huge poop, we just couldn't stop laughing :lol:

We took the car friendly route thankfully! Last time in hubbie car, we didnt and we got swarmed and they ripped all the rubber off his wipers :lol:
 
I love Knowsley, my favourite part is that the lions can wander. :)
I haven't been for years but when I did the camels were still trying to get in the car. :lol:
