Just wondered really whether you have to give rabbits pellets or could they just have a diet of hay and greens.

Mine have always had access to grass all day every day, fresh greens, hay/dried herbs etc and then pellets as a supplement. I increase the pellets in winter when there's less grass. I usually mix the pellets into a big bowl with dried herbs, dried leaves, readigrass etc so they have to forage to them.
