Drying redcurrant and gosseberry leaves

Anyone tried drying these?

Would it be ok to dry all of the wild green foods that the buns eat, so I have a stock for winter?

I dried plantain last year when I had a glutt in my garden. I picked loads, washed it, put it in a paperbag with a couple of a holes in it tied it up with string and hung it by the airing cupboard. for a few weeks It was great but it didn't last very long with my lot.
