I think most internal worms are actually species specific - so the risk would be minimal if it exists at all! Vikkivet would probably know for definite.
You can get tapeworm from dogs. I don't think you can get worms from rabbits. However, you can catch some skin disease from handling rabbits. I don't recall details.

(I hope you don't freak out. I have been keeping house bunnies for over a decade and never caught anything. As my vet once said, you are much more likely to catch diseases from people.) :wave:
