Rabbit Vet in Norfolk/Suffolk?

Claire&Phil

Warren Scout
For future reference, can anyone please recommend a good vet who specialises with Rabbits within the Norfolk/Suffolk area?

If you can make the journey I would strongly recommend coming into Cambridge to see either Mrs Marion Ford or Mrs Jill Pearson at Cambridge veterinary Service, Cherry Hinton Rd (01223 249331).

I di know people who travel from Norfolk and Suffolk areas to come here.

My vet Angie at Haven Vets in Great Yarmouth is really good. She wants to train to be a rabbit specialist and is happy to consult with other vets. She saved Grim when one of the other vets there wanted to put him down.

My original vet, Vilie (don't know her surname) moved to a practice in North Walsham, not sure where. I don't think many people have that name so if you come across her she's amazing.

Hi Claire and Phil
Don't know which vets you have used before, but ive always used Companion Care Vets inside Pets at home at Sprowston.. Cheryl who used to have the sprowston rabbit ad guinea pig rescue used them and ive always found them really good.:D

That vet practice is called Westover vets. Heres a link to their website if it helps (it gives directions too). They are really good :D

 hello fellow norfolk people

i am shocked - i have been going to Westover since I got my 2 buns only because it is my nearest really - I keep reading about 'rabbit savvy' vets and often wondered if i went to one

I must say I have always received first class treatment there and i had no reason to think they werent good, ive only been for jabs and Oreos lump but both vets I have seen were brilliant. I thought it was Dilly?? But maybe it was Vilie - is she a blonde young lady?? I also saw Jane Clark recently who was so good with Oreo x
