My girl bunny Willow, who is now nearly six months has totally changed overnight. She and my boy bun, Harvey, live in the shed but separately at the moment as Harvey is due his op on Tuesday.
Usually, when I have gone in the shed to feed them or clean, she has been around me but has skitted around when I have stroked her or have gone to pick her up. Same thing has happened when I put her in the run. As the run is just over 13ft x 6ft it has often proved fun trying to catch her to bring her back in!
However, since Friday she has been totally different around me. When Im in the shed with her she circles in and around my feet, is trying to jump on my lap when Im trying to clean up. When I stroke her she's loving it and cant get enough. She literally throws herself over onto her back as if to say 'okay - stroke my tummy now'. Im totally loving the new 'Willow' but just thought Id check this is normal. Am hoping this is the turning point and she is now totally comfortable with me. Long may it continue.
