Routine ear cleaning

Hi! The vet today said my lop rabbits are in good health at their annual vaccination visit.

He did suggest though that i use otoact routinely as a preventative to prevent any wax build up or ear abscesses in the future.

It says to squirt and massage it into the ear twice a week. Does anyone else do this?

Depends on the Bunny. I check with an Otoscope every couple of days. I only use an ear cleaning solution if there is a wax build up. Usually only needed a couple of times a week maximum.
