Mama Doe
My sisters lovely guinea pig left us last night. Apparently he just went downhill super quick and they rushed him to the vets. He didn't seem to cope very well in the heat the other week, but bounced back to a happy, chirpy boy. Vets wonder if it was a respiratory infection, but mum said it just looked like he'd given up, so, as I'm sure you all understand, it was kindest to have him put to sleep.
I haven't lived at home for 2 years now, but he was still always happy to see me, and was fantastic comedy value.
This leaves me pet free! Totally. For the first time since my dad bought me goldfish when I was 3 and made me name them after Star Wars characters
He's left us with plenty of good memories, and will go down as one of the most handsome pigs I've ever laid eyes on!
Finny Pig, Sunshine Boy, Ginge - you'll be missed!
