Hello.
Our current set up for our buns is two XL dog cages which we have attached together. They also have an extra puppy pen attached.
So here's my query.
Archie my tiny ND, can move the pen around like it weighs a feather! We have put 5kg weights in front of 3 corners and he lifts the pen over them! The pen is 8 panels that are all attached but it's not a rigid shape so he can easily move them about.
This isn't a huge issue except that the pen then leaves the vinyl material I've put down and he can get to the edges. And he of course chews them!
Soooo. What can I put on the floor that he can't or wont chew? We are renting so can't change the carpet underneath.
I was thinking kitchen floor lino as that is harder? The material we currently have is more like a dining table vinyl cloth. So it wrinkles up and is hard to keep flat.
When we clean them, we put them in the kitchen and we have noticed they don't like this lino type flooring though?
Any ideas?
Excuse the hay everywhere.
