How long after Castration can my boy be paired up?

Hello. My boy Castiel was neutered 3 weeks ago. I am wondering how long i should wait before contacting a rescue about pairing him up with a spay female?
I am reading online different things- some say 5 weeks, some say 6 weeks, others 8 weeks. I know with guinea pigs its 5 weeks but its been years since i have had to pair up a rabbit after a castration op. Thank you.

Hiya... Personally, i would say 6 weeks but that said hormones running rampant will very from bunny to bunny.

Someone more experienced will be sure to advise.

If the bunny friend is spayed then you should be ok to try him now. Good luck :thumb:

Thanks. In a few weeks the garden will be re surfaced and his new run will arrive.. so once that is done will head down to the rescue. Thank you
