Can anyone get Jester half way to his new home?

His new owner lives in Windsor, she can get to a service station along the
M25 half way between there and Dagenham.

Can they really not make it all the way round, it should only take about an hour each way :? By the time someone else has driven to yours and met them somewhere, it would probably have taken the transport volunteer even longer than that!
