Got up at 5am to go for a sunrise sea swim, then back for a long walk with Jack, I've since had a nap and Jack is fast asleep too [emoji38] He also got a new collar which has a hare on it Hope everyone else is enjoying the good weather!
Thank you all. He does look really good for his age, he is on a lot of medications, but it's all for things 'behind the scenes' so not obvious to people who think by looks he's much younger. It hard not to compare ages, but of course every dog/breed ages differently. I've been lucky with Jack, we had mainly bedlingon terriers growing up and for a small breed especially they don't age well and lifespan of about 12, ours went downhill and passed around 10 usually. Since Jack was so poorly just before his 14th birthday and I thought there's no way he could come back from it I take every day as it comes
