Lilly is 13 and having poo problems. She has poo problems fairly often, but usually resolves itself.
She is eating very well but she lies down a lot and looks uncomfortable. When she is moving around and eating she looks in perfect condition.
She is on metacam and zantac.
I'm worried that her discomfort could be a symptom of a stomach ulcer, but it could also be lower intestine pain related to her poo problems.
I reduced her metacam to a very small dose incase she doe have one, but that could be causing her more pain
Is there any way at all to tell if she has a stomach ulcer?
Her diet at the moment is mostly grass, hay, carrot/blackberry/rose leaves, cabbage, parsley, dill, mint
