Rosie update - she's 11 today!

Been a year since I've needed to update this thread . Rosie is 11 today! I've just spent half an hour reading back over this entire thread, I'm so pleased that she's doing so well at the moment. Although she's had the odd recurrence of her runny eye, the vets seem to think it's just one of those things as she's older now. It's been dry for a few weeks after being runny on and off for a while. She's also very well in herself generally. Really good appetite and still lots of running and binkying

We've not had a great start to the year MM. I was off work ill for the first 3 weeks with flu and a chest infection, my ribs are still quite sore - the muscles were torn from all the coughing. Also my brother had a heart attack and died on 5 January which was a huge shock, he was only 48. I'm so grateful in amongst it all that Ted and Rosie have been well as I'd have really struggled with poorly bunnies at the same time, though Martyn did the lions share of everything whilst I was poorly. How are you doing?

How's Buzzy Ted?

Thank you both. We were not close, but it was a massive shock, we still grew up together after all. My dad has also not been so well, so fingers crossed our years improve!

Buzzy Ted is amazing He is a few days short of being 9.5 years old and he is so full of life. Yesterday he was sprinting round the room and binkying and he still runs up and down behind the curtains buzzing every morning :lol: I hardly dare say it as it feels like tempting fate, but on Friday it will be a year since he last went into stasis. We have never had anything like that sort of time between episodes. So grateful for every day we have with them
