Rebonding advice

Happy Hopping

Wise Old Thumper
So I would like some tips on the stage of my buns' re-bonding:

Right now, my bun Andi occupy 1 pen, and Fudige occupy the space next to that pen in the kitchen. When I let Andi moves to Fudgie's space, she marks his territory by peeing. Likewise, when I take Fudgie to Andi's pen, he pee on her litter tray and he also poo just outside Andi's pen

Marking territory is never a good sign on bonding, but when I take Andi to Fudgie's kitchen area, the 2 of them are very nicely grooming ea. other.

What does the above conflicting signal means?

Also is re-bonding easier than 1st time bonding?

It’d be better to do the rebonding in an area that is neutral to both Rabbits. You will always get territory marking if you are putting them into each other’s space.
