New Kit
Hi,
I am a little bit concerned about my rabbit Casper not eating very well. On Friday his bonded friend Oreo went to the vets to get neutered, she was released on Saturday but I was told to keep them separate. On Sunday night Oreo had to be re-admitted to the vets because she wasn't eating or passing droppings and is still there (however should be getting released today). Since then I have noticed Casper doesn't seem to be eating very much food, he has been eating hay but his pellets and veg don't seem to be going down much. I also feel like his stomach feels quite big but he is using his litter tray and is passing lots of droppings and generally seems to be OK. Also he will eat raisins if I offer them to him.
I think I might be being a little bit paranoid because I googled GI stasis too many times because I was worried about Oreo. Anyway should I be worried? Do you think anything is wrong with him or is it just he's a bit lonely.
