Hi there
Daisy is due tomorrow (31 days after conception) and i would really appreciate some advice.
First, i have seperated her from Charlie now and she is in a pen (much to her annoyance, its a real shame, she is very cross!) and i have covered up her hutch and provided lots of straw, paper etc. However, she doesnt seem to have made a nest yet, is this normal?
Her behaviour changed yesterday and she just lay on her side for the whole day, nornally she is quite naughty.
I am a little worried about her.
Also, when the buns arrive, how long do they stay with mum? When will i be able to clean the hutch/handle the buns?
Will i have to keep Charlie away from the buns the whole time we have them?
When can we find new homes for them?
Will daisy have to stay with them or can she go outside to play once they have been born?
Sorry for the questions, i just want to make sure daisy gets everything she needs.
Thanks!
