Our lovely lop Humphrey 28.01.18 to 21.10.23

Gone too soon. Just had his annual check and vaccinations last Friday, stopped eating on Thursday and despite all efforts he passed away this afternoon.

We found him abandoned on Hampstead Heath in August 2018 and we and his partner Binci are grateful for five wonderful years. We just wish it could have been longer. Bink free Syr Humpalot - forever in our hearts.

Thank you - he was quite a character too, chasing cats twice his size from the garden and lovely soft fur. Our next challenge is what to do with Binci. She was also found, in a country park on the outskirts of Brussels! Estimated age is about 7yrs old and struggling a bit with arthritis in her back legs now so not sure about the stress of bonding. She’s a big (4kg/9lb) feisty Old English Spot, but tolerated the relatively diminutive Humphrey ’Syr Humpalot’ very well.
