My vets email..

I would expect that a receptionist wrote that email, I agree with taking it in and just discussing with the nurse why you felt the email was a bit off-putting so maybe they can have a word with the receptionist.

One of the receptionists at my vet is absolutely awful for giving out terrible advice and coming across as rude, but there are several vets I'm really happy with at the practice so I just look past it.

Actually now I think about it, my vet receptionist is a complete lunatic - she tells me stories about building models out of extracted rabbit teeth and refuses to ever let me buy hay because apparently I can't afford it :shock:

the vets themselves are great though.
