My Adopties Outdoor Home!

we use the shed as they're living space (inside pics to follow eventually) and the runs are connected with runaround/ pipe connectors. Each run is 2 meters by 1 meter (6.5ft X 3.25ft) bought from http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/251732926051?_trksid=p2060778.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT and then meshed over the open end. the longer pipe connects to a mdf sheet across the inside of the shed door frame so the door moves independently to the pipe. the long pipe and connectors are from the welfare hutch company http://www.welfarehutches.co.uk/ I think they are slightly cheaper than runaround? the shorter pipe I was donated by my uncles farm and I made the connectors for it out of plywood and some bolts. they are on slabs while the garden in 90% mud, we have ordered another 12ft pipe to allow us to move the pens to the top of the garden where there is better grass and the ground is much flatter.

Looks great :thumb: just watch out for them digging out/predators digging in if they are not meshed under the turf or on paving.

Looks quite nice, however that wire looks way too flimsy, you can see part of it has been slightly bent out, I bet it wouldn't take much to rip it off of the framework which also look quite thin.

Of course, it may be fine but I'd definitely reinforce with extra mesh with a secondary frame around the first.

Hope no accidents happen as it looks like a great space :thumb:
